More than 30 years of experience. A new chapter.

We are Marjon Vermeulen and Michel Wenzel. With more than 30 years of experience in the international event industry, we know better than anyone how important quality, reliability and the right materials are.

Our background is in developing, producing and supplying professional textile solutions for the international events industry. Over the past decades we have built up various companies and brands, including Thearent Group and Wentex International.

With Thearent we were internationally active in the rental and realisation of creative textile solutions for events, trade fairs and productions. From Wentex International we developed the brand WENTEX, which grew into an internationally recognised brand.

After years of growth and international expansion, we successfully sold Wentex International. The Dutch activities of Thearent were also taken over. With Thearent International and Thearent North America Inc. we are still active in the international events industry.

This many years of experience, our product knowledge and our international network form the basis for our latest initiative: 3BUTE.

From years of practical experience to production at the source

With 3BUTE we are taking a next step. Where we were previously mainly active in product development, international distribution and the practical application of event textiles, we are now also directly involved in production.

We have become co-owner of a textile manufacturer. This gives us direct influence over the quality, specifications and production processes of our products.

This gives us an important advantage. We can develop products based on our own practical experience, communicate directly with production and avoid unnecessary links in the supply chain.

The result: consistent quality, reliable availability and competitive prices without compromising on quality.

We know how materials need to perform during the build-up of a trade fair stand, the dressing of a theatre or the realisation of a large-scale production. We know the challenges, the time pressure and the importance of materials you can rely on.

Our range consists of carefully developed and selected products for the professional events industry. From flame-retardant decorative fabrics, molton and theatre textiles to tapes, trimmings and mounting accessories.

We don't just choose products for our range. We look at quality, functionality, workability and the requirements that professionals set in practice.

That is why in our webshop we not only show product images, but also photos of real projects. This gives you a realistic picture of the applications and possibilities of our products.

Our experience and network reach far beyond the Netherlands. With 3BUTE we focus on the international professional market and continue to build long-term relationships with customers, resellers and partners in various countries.
